Free home deliveries in the designated BC Lower Mainland areas
1) Place your order online via credit card/paypal/Ali/wechat pay, etc. We can deliver everything in store- including fresh produce, dairy, water, canned goods and large jars!
2) Check which day we deliver to your area below and select your neighborhood’s day (note: we have more than one delivery days for some areas i.e. Burnaby, Vancouver)

If your order meets this amount, you can choose free delivery for your area. Simple!
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: Please inform us by 12pm the day before your delivery day.
Q: I live in an apartment building, can you deliver?
A: As long as someone is home and available to open the front door, we can deliver!
Q: If I am not home can you leave my groceries on the doorstep?
A: For houses, we can leave your groceries at your door.
*note: we cannot do this for apartments
Q: How do I know approximately what time of day my order will be arriving?
A: Our hours of delivery are between 10 AM and 9 PM. We will call 1 hour in advance to notify you that we are on our way. Otherwise please call customer service at 604-620-8990, if you have a special request.
Q: What if I missed my delivery?
A: Call us at 604-620-8990 to rearrange a re-delivery.

Drop off/shipping cost of returning item is on you and is non-refundable. However, the price of unsatisfied/ damaged goods will be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If a product ordered is unavailable, we will refund the full price of the item ordered within 24 hours.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
