If your order meets this amount, you can choose free delivery for your area. Simple!
Pick Up
Free pick up orders require 48 hours of processing time depending on the item’s immediate availability and order size.
We will send you a ready for pick up email notice once your order is ready. You can also call 604-468-4206 to inquire about your order status.
Our business hours are 9:00–17:30, 7 days a week.

Home Deliveries
Free home deliveries are available in designated BC Lower Mainland areas.
- Place your order online using Credit card, PayPal, AliPay, WeChat Pay, and other available payment methods. We can deliver everything in store — including fresh produce, dairy, water, canned goods, and large jars.
- Check which day we deliver to your area and select your neighborhood’s delivery day. Note: some areas such as Burnaby and Vancouver may have more than one delivery everyday.

Monday to Sunday delivery service is available for eligible designated areas in BC Lower Mainland.
Free Delivery Requirement
Orders over $198 can select the free home delivery option for the eligible area at checkout.
