Your satisfaction matters to us. Natureway Farm Market offers a clear and simple return, refund, and exchange policy for both non-perishable and perishable products.
1 Week for Non-Perishables · 3 Days for Perishables
We offer a 1 week return, refund, or exchange policy for non-perishables and 3 days for perishables including dairy, meat, and produce.
Returns
To return your product, you can drop off your item at:

Drop off or shipping cost of returning an item is your responsibility and is non-refundable. However, the price of unsatisfied or damaged goods will be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
If a product ordered is unavailable, we will refund the full price of the item ordered within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to complete.
Unavailable Products
If an item is unavailable after ordering, the full item price will be refunded within 24 hours.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
